Not including D.C. because D.C. is not a state! I understand the argument that since D.C. has electoral votes it should count, but it would be in first place for the democrats every time anyway, so just imagine that it is on the top.
Nebraska and Maine count as the whole state, not the individual districts.

You should include the state of Vermont in Joe Biden's column which voted 66 percent for the Democrat. Also the percentages for Joe Biden in Massachusetts, New York and California are much too low.
