...what is this supposed to mean? I really don't understand how this quiz works. Like...... countries with similar capital city names? Like.... please explain better.

Most of the bigger cities in Europe have twin towns or sister cities that are practically cities that they have better relations with. Also, the whole definition can be found here

I am sorry but there are WAY too many mistakes in this to make the quiz pleasant. For example: If Tallinn is a twin town of Kyiv then Kyiv is also a twin town of Tallinn. To have this corrected is very important since otherwise it is hardly possible to solve the quiz. Please check that out. Thanks.
