According to the map I was looking at, the Sava River also touches Bosnia and Serbia. It joins the Danube at Belgrade. And doesn't go anywhere near Hungary. Unless I'm looking at the wrong river or there are tributaries that I'm missing.

According to Wikipedia, the official language of Sweden is Swedish. Perhaps Sami is a recognized regional language.

As a native speaker of Finnish I answered Finland and I didn't even think that it wouldn't be one of the correct answers. As you said here, also Swedish is official language in Finland, but it doesn't change the fact that Finnish is our official language and it is Uralic. These are nuances about definiteness, and in language using articles I am never sure about it, but I think that including doesn't mean excluding.
