Lincoln, Augusta, Gilbert (a city within metropolitan Phoenix, effectively a suburb). Gary is around 80,000. If you want to add in sub-100,000 state capitals, then Helena, Pierre, Trenton, Cheyenne; if you include Canadian cities, then Victoria and Regina.
