I wouldn't want to live here...
I have got the answers from numerous sources. They all seem to be different but I am taking the top 10 from Skyscanner.net
All temperatures are lowest ever recorded minimums and are in degrees Centigrade.

interesting. I thought Oslo would be on there along with Moscow for sure and a couple others. A couple alternate spellings for Ulaanbaatar would be nice.. and... what the heck is Nuuk? I had to look it up. You might want to be more specific that this list contains some capitals that are not country capitals, as Greenland is not a country. Just a suggestion. Of course that opens up the possibility of including capitals of provinces, states, and administrative districts and so on... so then you'd probably have to include Yakutsk (capital of Sakha), Irkutsk (capital of Eastern Siberia), Iqaluit (capital of Nunavut), and so on. Juneau, Alaska's record low was -30, so it should make the list as well if we're including capitals of everything.

The Cook Islands and Niue are not counted as countries on Jetpunk because they are not fully independent, so Greenland should be excluded for the same reason

Yeah, it's very difficult to believe that Oslo, Stockholm, Reykjavik and Moscow shouldn't be on the list. Vilnius for instance is at sealevel and is far south of these places. Good idea for a quiz though.
