Countries with the Highest Population Growth Rate

Western Sahara and Palestine aren't countries. I'm not saying you can't include them on your quiz... but... do *something* to indicate that they might be included. (just suggestions) either a) change the title of such quizzes to "Countries/Territories with...", or b) include a caveat in the instructions that states some of the answers are not actually countries, or c) edit the word "Answer" above the answer column to say "Country/Territory"... or d) add as acceptable answers the real countries that exist that these territories are part of. For instance, make Israel and/or Jordan and Egypt acceptable for Palestine, and make Morocco and Mauritania acceptable for Western Sahara...
