Got all of these except for Die Hard. Maybe you could accept "T2" for "Terminator 2," and "ID4" for "Independence Day," and "Star Wars Episode 1 The Phantom Menace" or "Episode 1" for that movie. I accepted "Pirates 1" "Pirates 2" et al on my own quizzes but that's up to you for those, got all of the above eventually anyway. and... why do you take Harry Potter 1, and Harry Potter 4 but not Harry Potter 8? Finally... The Lion King is not a rip-off of Kimba. I mean, not any more than any film is a rip off of vaguely similar stories that have come before. and even if it were, Kimba sucked while the Lion King was actually a good movie.

I've put in loads of alternative answers. But I will add T2 ID4 and Harry Potter 8. Got to disagree with you about Kimba/Simba. Characters, plot etc. Certainly there's lots of people out there who think this. But, you know, the clues are supposed to be lighthearted. Don't take them too seriously.

comments also meant to be light-hearted. You can like sucky Kimba the White Lion if you want. :D Your loss. But did you ever actually even see it? I find that most people who jump on this conspiracy have not. I mean most of them don't even realize it was an anime series and not a movie. There are many more differences than passing similarities. btw... great quiz!! :) If I didn't like your quizzes I wouldn't be taking them all and commenting on them. I'm not stalking you.

I've seen Kimba the White Lion. I definitely wouldn't comment otherwise. And while it aint that great... the Lion King is still a blatant ripoff in my opinion. If you don't think so though... that's cool. And thanks for the positive feedback. JetPunk is a great site, but there's a real tendency towards negativity and pedantry unfortunately.

only in the American version. in the British and ORIGINAL version it is Harry Potter and the Philosophers Stone both in the book and in the film.. it was changed to Sorcerers Stone by the US publishers as they didn't think children in America would know what a Philosopher was
