This quiz would be a little easier if the pics were bigger. You can see lettering, license plates, and other small details like that that provide hints. But unless you click through to the source you can't see the larger versions so this is probably going to be pretty difficult for most.
I got a certificate from the Islamic Center in Riyadh saying that I'm Muslim. It has helped me get into many no-go areas for non-Muslims including Mecca, the Dome of the Rock, and the knickers of several very pretty Muslim girls.
I regret not taking more pics of my car when I had it in the States. We visited many famous places together. On the plus side nobody can accuse me of making this quiz too US centric, or blame their not knowing an answer on the fact that they aren't American.
Not really showing off... I just wanted to make a quiz like this with photographs I had taken myself; something that would be different from all the many photo quizzes on the site using open source pics. I realized I had pictures of my car in front of lots of things. Can't think of anything else that would even work, thematically... maybe post pictures of exes and have you guess which country they were from? But.. yeah.. no..
The picture in Delphi it's not so clean and the one on another quiz in front of the Parthenon it's even dirtier. That picture bothers me. haha.. I used to love cleaning and detailing my car I'd wax it over and over I just enjoyed having alone time with it.
Auto paint is amazingly resilient if you care for it properly. Take good care of your car and it will last forever. Keep it clean, keep it waxed, take it in for regular service, don't leave it sitting out in the sun all day. Mine was 15 years old when I lost it and people were still asking me if it was new.
Recently was in Poland, Ukraine, Poland, Germany, France, Spain, Andorra, Spain again, France again, Italy/Vatican, Austria, Switzerland, Germany again, the Netherlands, Poland again, Morocco, Portugal, and then once again in Germany... but got back to the States yesterday.
I've spent so much of my life drifting about without a permanent address that nowhere feels like "home" at this point so I usually don't feel like I'm "from" anywhere. Other than planet Earth.
