I feel dumb for not including Red Dawn, White House Down, and Olympus Has Fallen on this quiz. I think originally I wanted to but then I forgot when I was making the quiz.
I absolutely loathed Con Air and I can understand why you might assume it was a Michael Bay film, but he actually had nothing to do with it. For my money the best thing he's ever done was The Rock- but I give credit for that mostly to casting. Connery and Harris were good and Cage wasn't completely unwatchable in that film. Also it was pretty early in his career and I think he didn't have as much clout and so probably not as much creative control. Which is of course a good thing. #2 I think is The Island.
hm... some of these could be applied to other films in the series. Transformers. Twilight. But there's only one Frankenstein movie where they made Frakenstein's monster into an action hero that I'm aware of, and only two Batman movies directed by Joel Schumacher. In the latter case the answer shows up as Batman & Robin, which was the most campy and gay of the two, but Batman Forever is also an acceptable type-in.
I take it that, the director (for I daren't put his name on this page), is not your best friend Kal? I haven't actually seen the Transformers films for a long time now, so I can't remember what they were really like; what was bad about them?
I heard a guy on the radio pertaining armaggedon was the best Michael Bay movie. Though I'm inclined to go for Con Air.
Don't get me wrong, he's god awful. They're just the least rotten apples of the barrel
