Countries With 10 letters, or More Than 10 Letters

Enter an answer into the box
The answers are based on the answers you will find on "Countries of the World" COTW. So china is not on this quiz because the answer that pops up on COTW when you type China, is China. Not The People's Republic of China
Mexico is missing even though its official name is The United Mexican States and so on. If COTW used it then I tried to use it.

Missing the Marshall Islands, and Montenegro is a single word. Apart from that, great quiz.

Republic of the Congo is missing. And countries with exactly 10 letters (like South Korea, South Sudan, Saint Lucia) don't have more than 10 letters.

The intent of the quiz was 10 letters or more. But I got lost in the wording as I changed it 3 times due to running into the same title from another Jet Punker. So I think this current version will be the last rewording. Thanks for pointing it out.

Isn't United States just "United States"? If you go with countries' full names like that, you'll have to do heaps more, for example United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, United Mexican States and Peoples' Republic of China.

I tried to follow the names that pop up on the "Countries of the World" quiz which most Jet Punkers are familiar with. But I get your point, so I changed the instructions a bit.

Cool, but since COTW uses "United States", shouldn't that be the answer here too?

I don't follow what you're saying. Why does it matter how the actual name of the country is displayed? If you type in USA you get it right whether it says United States, or The United States of America.

Republic of the Congo is still missing. You might want to accept the type-ins which are used in the "official" quizzes, e.g. PNG for Papua New Guinea, Congo for both countries etc. Just check the type-ins which are offered to you while making the quiz.

Thank You. I added PNG but "Congo" has worked for several days. Not sure why it didn't work for you. I included most, if not all, of the short cuts from the ever popular "Countries of the World".
