The Jarvis Bay is part of the ACT. It is just a part given to the capital territory in order that it could border with the ocean.

Even though it was made so the ACT has access to the ocean, it is still a completely different territory

Jervis Bay Territory has never been part of the ACT, that is a misconception. It was set up to be a federally-controlled port but was never intended to become part of the ACT.

Tairawhiti, East Coast, and East Cape are all valid names for the Gisborne region of New Zealand. It is most commonly referred to as the East Coast, with Tairawhiti being the Maori name that is being used more and more often (Source: I'm from there).

New Zealand (the country), Cook Islands and Niue are co-equal members of the Realm of New Zealand. So you'd either need to give as answers NZ, Cook Islands and Niue, or the first-level subdivisions of each of these places.
