I would remove the "none" answer from the flag question. It becomes a bit subjective (you could argue that the flags are not *that* similar) and I don't think it is really adding much.

Also I would put a note on what PISA is, for those like myself who have never heard of it before ("Scholastic performance" or the like).

Other than that, a good quiz with a few surprising answers mixed in with some easier ones.

Answer 11 is confusing, the correct answer is Lithuania but the answer is then talking about Latvia having the knight in the coat of arms
