#1 does not apply in the civilised parts of the world where medieval systems of measurements aren't used anymore

good point, I've never thought of that.

Would changing foot to meter be acceptable, you think?

I'm in university (non-English) and I've never heard of associative property.

I remember being told what the names of these properties are (in passing) way back when... but naturally i forgot them. I studied maths following British and American curriculums because I went to private schools, but of course learning in another language means these names will be unfamiliar. What's more important is how to use the properties, which I do remember, hence why I still got these two questions right by doing some guesswork.

I would argue that this quiz is not anywhere close to an English-friendly quiz. The first question uses the metric system, which is used by almost every country, and the one question with U.S. dollars is easily solvable no matter what currency you're using. As far as the associative property, from my understanding it is a property used worldwide, so I can't help you there. All the questions should be relatively easy no matter where the quizzer is from.

#7 seems ambiguous

I interpreted it as "greatest difference [between 15 and the result]" instead of "greatest difference [ie, largest number result]"

A few nitpicks about #7:

*Last option is missing a space

*It would be clearer to say "largest result"

Grade 5 was so long ago for me I don't want to math it. :) Some of this I don't remember ever being exposed to, but was able to reason what was meant.

Fun quiz, nominated
