In baseball, a perfect game is when a pitcher completes a full game without letting any batter on base for any reason. These are instances in which a pitcher was very close to a perfect game. Listed are the number of perfect innings and the date of the game. Guess the pitcher. Listed by number of number of innings and in the case of a tie, the date. (Newest first) This list counts perfect innings as number of innings a perfect game was in progress; giving up a hit on the first at-bat and then retiring the next 27 consecutive batters does not count.
