For the last question: In the Christian religion satan does exist. Santa obviously doesn't. So, you should either take the question out or have satan be real. But besides that, this was a great quiz. You did a really good job on it. It is really weird though how they share some things in common. Such as having basically minions and having something to do with red. Descending into fire though I feel you kind of cheated with that just because Santa Claus doesn't go into the chimney when there is fire burning in it. Otherwise he would die or at least get seriously burned and would not be able to do it another couple billion times but okay. Anyways great quiz! Keep making 'em. (Nominated BTW). And great thumbnail.
I adjusted those questions. If a fireplace isn't a place of fire I don't know what is... but I made it clearer anyway!
The last question is about actual evidence. Have made that clearer in the question. I have to go with proof not faith for a question like that. Not even all Christians believe that Satan actually exists... first result on google brings up a nationwide poll suggesting that the majority of American Christians don't.
Fantastic! What an excellent idea. 'Has a list of who's naughty and who's nice' as well...
Agree with the original questionmaster on the last one. Specifies proof rather than faith - and indeed most Christians don't believe in the literal existence of Satan. Nor indeed do most Satanists, in my experience.
I'm not sure what that's in reference to. There's no question specifically about judging. If you're talking about punishing sinners, Satan is represented doing so in plenty of literature e.g. from Dante's Inferno:
At every mouth he with his teeth was crunching, A sinner, in the manner of a brake, So that he three of them tormented thus.
Ok, I would agree with @HinesBrothers. As in the Bible states that Satan is in hell for punishment, not to torment other sinners. As said above, God executes righteous judgement against sinners, not Satan (he just shares the judgement I guess).
Added a caveat to make it clear that the quiz is drawing on depictions across a range of media and literature, in case it wasn't obvious from the other questions.
Ok fair enough, in which case perhaps you should make it clear that you are considering Satan in terms of a literary figure and not a religious one. I did like the quiz though!
Well not quite because the religious texts contradict the popular media on many things making the quiz ambiguous. But it's all a bit of fun so no harm done.
I think it's easily clear enough from that caveat that if they are depicted somewhere notable doing something then that can be taken as a positive, even if they aren't depicted that way elsewhere. This applies to other questions too.
I prefer to allow for some thought in a (hopefully!) fun quiz like this as opposed to making everything dry and over explained. I've already changed questions more than I would like.
No human should have the power to make these comparisons lol. Anyways, nice quiz. Got a bunch wrong, but I’d say the best part is looking at the answers.
got everything right except the Tim Allen one... I knew he portrayed Santa (a version of him, anyway... after murdering the original), but I also figured he could have made a good Satan at some point.

Glad you enjoyed the quiz :)

Nominated.
Edit: here's a Biblical reference
At every mouth he with his teeth was crunching, A sinner, in the manner of a brake, So that he three of them tormented thus.
(One of the three being Judas Iscariot.)
