As stated above, I'm only classing ring bearers as characters who actually wore the ring. Deagol picked up the ring but never actually wore it.

For "Names of Aragorn", it should day "Dúne*dan*"; it's the singular form of "Dúnedain".

I feel like Shelob should count as a female character...

I also think Shelob should be one of the female characters.

You missed Brego, the horse. Or was he just in the films? And should Dunedain count for Aragorn? He's one of them, yes, but it's not really a name for him, no more than Hobbit is a name for Frodo.

When you type "loreth" it doesn't accept it.

What about Elanor, as a female character? And Sam's Po-Ta-Toes as food?

Esmaralda Brandybuck, Merry's mother, appeared in The Lord of the Rings - very briefly at the Party. I tried her for the list of women but she wasn't there.

How come seed cake and honey cake aren't shown?

I think they are referring to foods unique to the LOTR world, not something that can be found in the real world. That said, "Orc-draught' should be added. I think you have an argument for Honey Cake made by Beorn, but it is similar to lembas.
