Victoria 2 'Non Westernized' Nations

Guess all of the nations that are considered 'uncivilized' in the video game Victoria 2. Non Westernised Nations tend to be located in Asia and Africa in this time period. They cannot colonize, build factories, or other infrastructure (unless reforms) and get penalties to Research Points. It is also easier to take territory off them once a Great or Secondary power researches techs such as 'Nationalism and Imperialism'.
