I think these are cargo RECEIVING ports only. Surely the list should include such oil cargo EXPORTING ports as Ras Tanura?

Aramco produces 12.5 million barrels of oil per day, or over 4.5 billion in the course of a year. One barrel of oil weighs about 130 pounds. That's almost 300 million tons of oil every year... but... There are several ways that this oil gets used up and exported. I don't know the exact figure, but I'm guessing fewer than 174 million tons of oil leaves Ras Tanura annually. And, of course, they don't make anything else in Saudi Arabia so that would be the only export.
