Fun fact, the author said he ranked them 1-100, but there's really a number one and 99 number twos! :)

Thanks for taking the quiz! I use standard Jetpunk accepted spellings for famous people, and I'm pretty sure Page was on that list. I'll double check...

Hard to leave SRV off any list like this.

Yes, he was a phenomenal guitarist. If I remember correctly, the list I used is from a top 100 guitarists by Joel McIver of Rolling Stone magazine. He said something like, "There's really a #1 (Hendrix) and 99 #2's." SRV was definitely on the list...

Huge Metallica fan here! If it was MY top 10, he and Hetfield would probably both be here! ;) Thanks for taking the quiz and for the nomination.

Any list of greatest guitarists without Prince's name on it is highly suspect.

Yes, he is underrated as a guitarist. I loved his outro solo in a live performance of "While My Guitar Gently Weeps" with Tom Petty, Steve Winwood, Jeff Lynne, and George Harrison's son. At the end of his solo, he threw his guitar, and no one - including those on stage - saw it come back down!
