I don't think he missed it. I also don't think that we need four letters for Apia as Apia is 4 letters long and the letter A is already repeated. Adding Apia will contradict with the statement '4 different letters' as well as any four-letter capital cities with repeated letters. So, reading description thoroughly before making any complain is always a good policy (but people rarely do that). However, if you just making a joke, please ignore this message.

You can't just make a comment can you, all you had to do is say "It's spelt with a H, Baghdad, so 5 letters" .. You have to be right and put someone down. Sad.

Masra must not be a capital. That's the only think I could think of for AMRS. Is it even a city? I'm having a total brain fart right now. :(

Also missing is Tarawa (TARW), capital of Kiribati.

I intend to omit this because there is some confusion about this between Tarawa and South Tarawa. The main capital quiz states that its capital is Tarawa while Wikipedia states that it is South Tarawa.

omg, what about LA PAZ??

Seriously though, I know a bunch of other people have mentioned it, but I think we should at least get an explanation? It's clearly 4 different letters, a "space" isn't a letter...
Give us something to explain you reasoning at least, even if we don't agree with it.

I'm back, two years later. Seriously, can you just explain why you don't list La Paz? Why continuing ignoring the questions?

If it's a good explanation, we'll leave you alone to make your own determinations, but I think you can at least be expected to provide some sort of justification.
