I'm not defending them, but it does say that countries of the UK are considered for this quiz

Granted the UK only has 3 constituent countries: England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland is considered a territory of the UK

But yeah, forgetting Luxembourg is not "technically" wrong as one of the demonyms of Luxembourg is Luxembourger

But that is still one of them, Luxembourgish
