I afraid that I cannot accept that, just like West Germany. However, both "Serbia and Montenegro" and "Serbia" have never faced Brazil yet, so I will accept these two separately.

Serbia and Montenegro have entered FIFA World Cup twice in 1998 (as "FR Yugoslavia" after the dissolution of Yugoslavia) and 2006 as "Serbia and Montenegro" team. This was the last time before the separation of Serbia and Montenegro yielding two countries. Serbia also qualified to 2010 FIFA World Cup. However, Brazil have never faced any team I mentioned; neither FR Yugoslavia/Serbia and Montenegro nor Serbia. So, these are two separated answers. Serbia and Montenegro is Serbia and Montenegro, and Serbia is Serbia.
