Regarding different territories: Martinique and Guadeloupe are both french departments, basically the same as Ain or Cher except their location. Therefore I name them as part of France. British territories, American territories, St Barts, the French side of St Martin, Bonaire, Saba, and St. Eustatis are all territories similar to Guam, or Western Sahara. The Dutch islands: Aruba, Curacao, and Sint Maarten, appear on the Countries 197 through 204 quiz due to their even greater degree of independence, similar to Greenland or Palestine.
