Yes, which is why I allow Essen and Dusseldorf as type-ins. Considering more than half of people get it, I don't think it posses a problem.

Is this by official language or by popular language, because Durban has mostly English speakers, Shanghai has mostly Wu speakers, and Brussels has mostly French speakers

I wouldn't be surprised if Mumbai speaks Hindi but surely Kolkata speaks Bengali?
