At a stretch you could also have the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, though it is usually shortened.
Fun quiz! I like how it was made to not be so serious ("lizarb" as a clue, for instance! Haha). I am really curious though, how is Russ a name? I suppose short for Russell. I was thinking it was supposed to be Ross somehow. However, I also tried Georgia, since without the -ia, linguistically speaking, it would still make "George". I'm sure some people would complain about it spelling-wise, though.
