Interesting and challenging quiz. I am however a little puzzled not to find Belgium on the list. The German-speaking Community of Belgium (Deutschsprachige Gemeinschaft) comprises ca. 75,000 mostly native speakers, according to various Belgian sources.

where is Italy on this list? Alto Adige (known as Südtirol) is German speaking.

And why don't you count the ~225'000 Italians from South Tyrol?

Belize has a German-speaking population of settlers. Also there's a Mennonite following in Japan, but I don't remember its name.
