Please accept Western Sahara for SADR

I chose not to because, as I understand it, Western Sahara refers to the territory that is currently considered to be a non-self governing territory of Morocco while the SADR is the partially recognized state that claims control of that territory. They are not the same entity. For convenience sake, however, I will add it.

You should accept "SADR" for the Sahrawi Republic, also, is NORTHERN Cyprus, not NORTH Cyprus

I thought I already made SADR acceptable, but I guess I didn't. That's been updated. "North Cyprus" and "Northern Cyprus" are used interchangeably and you'll find both used depending on the source. I will make both acceptable. Thanks for the suggestions.
