Good quiz. Surprised Kia didn't make the list but I guess competition is still. Not surprised that there were a few Chinese companies on here but I didn't know any of them. Ended up with 16/20 which was enough to beat 100% of other test takers though...

Wikipedia says Kia sold 2.7 million vehicles in 2012, so it seems like it should be on the list.

that sounds about right to me. Both here in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, in Thailand and the Philippines where I spend a lot of time, and of course in Korea where I used to live... I always saw many more Kias on the road than I saw Mitsubishis. Back in the USA I think there are more Mitsubishis on the road but if so it's not a substantial margin.

Kia is part of Hyundai, and included in those numbers.

Kia is part of the Hyundai Motor group so the Kia cars produced are probably included in the total production for Hyundai in 2012

Missed Chryser because I already had Fiat and Fiat/Chrysler is now one company (didn't see this quiz is about 2012)
