The name for motorneurone disease is very US-centric.

I've been a doctor for over 20 years in the UK and have 100% so far on these quizzes (fortunately!). But I have never heard of Lou Gehrig's disease which clearly hasn't made it across the pond. So my 100% record is gone! :(

accept lachrymal for lacrimal? It's less common, especially amongst medics, but it's a correct spelling. Lacrymal is also sometimes used and appears in the dictionary as a variant spelling.
