Oesophagus in the UK, so a bit tricky! Eye socket for orbit is a bit of a strange use of words The earlobe is only one part of the visible external ear.

Didnt know the english term for epiglottis. Weird how few people got orbit (and that it is a lot less than epiglottis. Never heard that being used but have heard about the orbit. (as a non enlgish speaker, so maybe it (epiglottis) is used more in the street and home environments and less in movies and documentaries and books)
