Where do you get your numbers? Barcelona is more populous than Berlin in most rankings (if you go by metropolitan area, which may not be the right comparison); Naples is likewise bigger than Nizhny Novgorod (if you go by metropolitan area). And according to Wikipedia, Seville is larger than Sofia. And either Zurich or Zagreb should be bigger than Zaporozhye. But congratulations for finding Queluz and Jerez de la Frontera--I'll lift a glass of sherry to congratulate you.

I misspelled Zaporozhye as Zaporozhia. Seems like that should be valid, it's mostly a transliteration issue.
