I suggest it should be acceptable to omit "City of" for Westminster and London.

Since I have a physical copy of the book in front of me right now, I do consider myself to be an expert, and it is definitely Prisoner of Azkaban, singular.

I ran out of time as I spent so long trying to work out why it wouldn't accept Prisoner of Azkaban. It definitely should be singular.

It's Prisoner of Azkaban, not Prisoners of Azkaban, and could you accept Katherine as an alternative spelling of Catherine?

The English banknote question is out of date now, the £5 and £10 notes have changed to show Sir Winston Churchill and Jane Austen respectively
