Nice quiz, as usual reless. I agree, a little more time would be nice. Though if I hadn't wasted so much guessing at ones I didn't know I suppose I would have made it to the end.

It doesn't, the quiz is simply excluding Vatican City. (Read descriptions before writing and complaining!)

The economy of Montenegro is smaller than that of San Marino/Andorra? I don't think so.

It's definitely San Marino- both GDP markers on Wikipedia are around $1.5 billion as compared with 4ish for Andorra and 9ish for Montenegro
