Great quiz! You should consider accepting local names of the cities too. I wasted a lot of time trying the likes of Napoli and Sevilla, instead of Naples and Seville.

Not sure on your definition of city limits but Manchester or Liverpool are larger than Sheffield on a number of different measures.
