Are you only counting cities within the EU? Otherwise Moscow, Istanbul, Zurich etc. should be in the list

@Salz Metropolitan populations are different to city proper populations, so the GDP figures will be different.

Milan is the third EU city by GDP. Also there's no way Rome's got a higher GDP than Milan since the latter is the economic centre of Italy.
