West Germany and Germany was always the same Olympic Comitee. IOC actually counts medals together, this quiz should too.

Yeah, my only complaint here is West Germany not being included with Germany. I typed Germany and East Germany, and never even tried West Germany because I assumed that would fall under Germany.
