The Swedish one means "How do you exist". It should actually be "Hur mår du?" Most of these languages require a question mark at the end of the sentence...

Your German one should be "Wie geht's?" and that literally translates to "How goes it?", but I've never heard a German say "Wie bist du?", which is the literal translation of "How are you?" so it's probably cool.

Kako si. Same in Bosnian, Serbian and Croatian. Probably the best solution is Serbo Croatian.

Yes, and really the question marks aren't optional in the languages I know that use them. It's part of the way the phrase is written.
