Nazi Concentration and extermination camps

in Regards to a recent poll where only 49% of millennials could name one Concentration camp from areas controlled by Nazi Germany during the period from 1939 to 1945, name all the camps used for exterminating Jews and under minorities by use of gassing and/or forced labour during this time period. Hints are the current country the camp was in as well as the number of people who died there. This does NOT include transit camps and stations.
