I think the Velvet Revolution refers to the end of communism specifically in Czechoslovakia, not in Eastern Europe generally.

Strictly speaking, Solidarity was not founded as a political party (although it evolved into one in post-Communist Poland), but as an independent labour union. Otherwise, a very good quiz!
