Can't it be spelled Siem Riep also? This is how I've always spelt it..

CNRP is dissolved now, the only credible opposition and Hun Sen indirectly dissolved it so that he could stay in powers for a dew more decades

What Tararidh said — saying there is an opposition party is misleading, Cambodia is a single party state at the moment and for the foreseeable future. All "opposition" parties are currently puppets to make it appear there's a diversity of choices, but the CNRP was the main viable one and that was dissolved by court order in the fall of 2017.
