Yes, because it is not a country in the Caribbean Sea. Bahamas (and Turks and Caicos islands also) are in the North Atlantic Ocean.

Aruba, Curasao and Sint Maarten are not countries - they're Dutch

Plymouth should be accepted as the capital of Montserrat.

For those who don't know, Plymouth was destroyed by a volcanic eruption, permanently abandoned in 1997 and is now a ghost town. Notwithstanding that, we've always accepted "Plymouth" given that its status as the territory's capital has never been changed.

So, why isn't Plymouth accepted here? - And why the first letter of all not sovereign nations provided for us, except Puerto Rico?
