US Virgin Islands, St Martin, Sint Eustatius, Martinique, Puerto Rico, Saba, and Guadeloupe are not countries and are not on the Countries of the World quiz but you have not indicated that with an asterisk like you said you would. I guessed Sint Maarten first, and got that one miraculously, and then since that was the only asterisk one on the quiz I thought that the rest of the answers were actual countries.... so I didn't guess any more non-countries. and Puerto Rico? is that even on the Countries 197 to 204 quiz? It shouldn't be... it's definitely part of the United States. I could see putting USA on here since you are counting territories, but Puerto Rico shouldn't be.
oh nevermind I figured it out I guess... at first I was thinking the carat meant that you were looking for the country name... i.e... USA ^ ... meaning that the U.S. Virgin Islands or Puerto Rico are close to the British Virgin Islands, and therefore the USA is the answer. and the carat was there just to alert us that it was a territory or dependency that qualified that particular answer. confusing quiz...
Please consider updating to either include the sovereign countries to which the departments or territories belong as correct answer (and as is typical for such quizzes), not specifically the specific locality's name (i.e., USA for Puerto Rico and USVI), or to include in the instructions that you want the territory's/region's/department's name specifically.
what i dont like about these types of quizzes is that the territories are treated on their own and not as part of the country theyre a territory of, that would be so much more interesting
