I don't understand how you can include Brazil and Guyana but exclude Suriname. Also, neither Curacao nor Sint Maarten should not be in red, because they are both countries within the Kingdom of the Netherlands just as Aruba is. Also, you omitted France, both at French Guiana and Saint Martin. Nevertheless, a good quiz.

I think Netherlands and France should been listed because of their caribean islands, which is integrated in the countries.

Seeing Guadeloupe threw me off, since it's a territory of France. Wouldn't UK be in there too since the British Virgin Islands, Montserrat, Anguilla, etc. Similarly, would the US be included with Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands?

There's a difference. For the USA and UK examples, none of those territories are incorporated, so they are not "part" of the USA and UK. Places like Bonaire and Guadeloupe are actually incorporated territory of their respective countries.
