I think the area of Australia covered by "Durban, Zanzibar, Sydney" would be larger than Madagascar. Maybe you can change Sydney to Perth?

And the triangle "Ulaanbaatar, Black Sea, Karachi" doesn't really cover much of Kazakhstan (depending on where in Black Sea you draw the triangle). I'd say the largest area under such triangle would be China instead.
