Cardiff is not in England, it's in Wales

We know. Wales being a part of "England" for cricket purposes is an oddity unique to cricket, given that, for example, in football and rugby there is a Welsh side. The column headers are of cricketing nations, not geographical ones - hence also "West Indies".

Sure, but West Indies is not a country. In contrast, Wales is a country in the United Kingdom, not England. I didn't get Cardiff because under no definition is it part of England.

If you decide to keep England instead of UK, could you please clarify this in the caveat at the beginning? You can mention that 1 city is in the UK but not in England.

Great quiz. Some properly obscure sub continental cities there.

Can you please accept "Pretoria" for "Centurion"? Centurion is a suburb of Pretoria, it is a bit like insisting on "Manhattan" instead of "New York". Thanks

Manhattan is very much inside New York. The relationship of Centurion to Pretoria is closer to that of Yonkers NY to New York City. Anyway we'll let you have Pretoria as a type-in.
