Nice quiz. A couple comments: undergird fits the clue for underpin; the way the clue reads, underwrite should be accepted instead of underwriter

Undergird and underbrush also work now, and the underwriter clue has been redone. I don't understand understand (!) being proposed as an answer here - understand is a verb, and the clue is a noun.

Anorexia: undernourishment, undereating. Underweight is an adjective, anorexia a noun, so this clue is wrong
