This seems appropriate to me because of the many similarities. Overlong, overrated tomes. Elaborate works of fiction with many pages and many characters but questionable literary merit; but nonetheless legion of enthusiastic fans. And I sort of wonder if in 2000 years or so they'll be similarly regarded by history. ...either because of Potter's growing significance, or the Bible's diminishing relevance and drift toward the realm of mythology, I intentionally left the comment open for interpretation.
Mrs. Norris = 59 (which would put her at #102)
Rowena Ravenclaw = 28
Helga Hufflepuff = 14
Bloody Baron = 24
But then again, she is only known as "Voldy's snake pet" for a long time.
I feel sorry for the person who had to count all this
