You should probably accept A Flock of Seagulls without the A. I didn't think it was important so I didn't put it there. Love Blondie's X-Offender, and when I saw Slow Motion I thought it was also Blondie's. But then I saw it was from 1978 and not 1979

I second this. I actually didn't realize the "A" was part of the band's name; I entered "flock of seagulls" like three times because I was so sure that they sang the song.

If it were featured (which will not happen ^^), then yes, I guess the standard type-in rules would apply. But on the other hand, the article is quite important in that band name (not counting the fact that it cites a Stranglers song).

Furthermore, I made four quizzes as a test four years ago, but I don't think I will edit them or make new ones.
