You should probably look up what "acronym" means, QM. Abx, stat, cap, tab...all examples of NOT acronyms. Are you even in the medical field? Because this quiz would suggest otherwise.

yeah I agree... I was putting all the right answers but it wasn't accepting two times per day, three times per day, etc, and since parenteral is spelled wrong it wouldn't accept it either. And I agree, too, that NPO really means nothing by mouth. Also the Q4 and Q6, should accept every 4 or every 6 as answers, since it's not specifying hours. Some orders can be Q4min, for example.
