The 108 Stars of Destiny of Suikoden III (Video Game)

With the success of their two PS1 entries, Konami decided to port their RPG franchise to the next generation of consoles. The first of the new gen was Suikoden III, landing on the console in 2002, four years after the last installment. Can you name the 108 Stars of Destiny of Suiko's first 3D game?
Characters with first and last names will need only one or the other. Multiple spellings may exist for more difficult to spell names.
Characters are in alphabetical order, due to the game's split narratives that can be done in split order.
Some characters, while seemingly recruited, are not actually counted as part of the 108 and are not listed here, such as Jowy.
